Dan Norburg, President, is a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), is an EPA-Certified Renovator (RRP Program), and has a Johnson County Class "B" Building Contractor license allowing to construct, remodel, repair and demolish all structures, not exceeding three stories in height. He also has a license to perform non-structural remodeling, tenant finish and repair of all structures. He holds a City of Kansas City, Missouri Certificate of Qualification Residential Building Supervisor and Residential Building Contractor License. He has passed the Block &. Associates National Residential Contractors Certificate of Competency Examination, Board Member of the Kansas City Home Builders Association from 1994 to present, National Director of the National Association of Home Builders from 2001 to present (NAHB), National Life Director, and three time KCHBA Remodelers Council Chairman.
